What is Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing?
The U.S. Bankruptcy Courts offer the bankruptcy community Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (EBN). EBN is a free service that allows court notices to be transmitted electronically, delivering them faster and more conveniently. You can receive notices by:
	EMAIL LINK For recipients who want the ease of retrieving notices through a link by email.	EMAIL ATTACHMENT For recipients who want the ease of receiving notices as email PDF attachments.

The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) uses advanced systems technology to provide an efficient centralized process for preparing, producing, and sending bankruptcy notices (by mail or electronic transmission). The BNC electronically retrieves data each day from the courts, produces notices and sends them to the intended recipients. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) established the BNC. BAE Systems developed and currently operates the BNC under a contract with AOUSC. This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, and Netscape Navigator 7.0 or higher.
