What is this?

The BNC maintains a central repository of notice forms, for all the courts listed on the left, for access and review by Trading Partners and to satisfy the Exhibit 1 requirements of the EDI Trading Partner Agreement. This forms database contains, for each court form, the following information:

• Form ID
• Form Name/Description
• PDF image of the form
