Register as a Noticing Partner

Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9036 authorizes electronic noticing and requires recipients to request electronic noticing services in writing. Creditors wishing to take advantage of electronic noticing must sign a Noticing Agreement with the BNC, the court's designee. The agreement states the EBN process and the roles of the parties involved. The Noticing Agreement is a legal contract between you and the court system.
